Dr. Ian Hall and his wife, Sheila, are career missionaries representing the Assemblies of God World Missions in the region of Transylvania, Romania. Dr. Hall's ministry involves evangelism, Bible College teaching, and training seminars. He is also the Department Chair of Practical Theology at Eastern European Bible College in Oradea, teaching Evangelism, Romans, Pneumatology, and Church Administration. He also leads student teams in evangelistic ministry.
The Halls are originally from England and pastored churches there for 15 years. Dr. Hall is a graduate of British Isles Nazarene College, Elim Bible College, London University and Leeds University in England, and has a Ph.D. in Theology. In 1978 they emigrated to the United States of America, where for eleven years he served as an associate professor at the former North Central Bible College (now North Central University) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1988 the Halls were appointed as full-time missionary evangelists to Europe. From 1996 to 2004 Dr. Hall served as President of Elim Evangelical Theological Seminary, Timisoara, Romania, and as its Professor of Pentecostal Theology and Ethics.
Dr. Hall is the author of Introduction to Homiletics, and Preparing and Preaching Bible Messages, which has been translated into most of the major languages. He is also a contributor to The Holy Spirit in Christian Education, The Conference on the Holy Spirit Digest, and The New International Dictionary of Pentecostal and Charismatic Movements.
The Halls have one son, Jonathan, whose wife, Laura, is from Romania, and two grandchildren, William and Alexa.

Gives seminars in Germany and other countries (subjects: theology, education, history and journalism)
Is married to Doris Braun and father of two sons (Dominik Braun, born 1986 and Raphael Braun, born 1989).
Miriam Testasecca

For the past 16 years, Miriam Testasecca has worked in Assemblies of God World Missions. Her articles have appeared in Today's Pentecostal Evangel, Enrichment, Uniquely His and other AG publications. Presently she is editorial coordinator for the U.S. Relations department within AGWM. Besides giving editorial oversight to various missions resources, she participates in the writing and editorial process of Intercessor and World Report, a weekly missions publication that is sent to nearly 3,000 AG churches in the United States.
She is the mother of two adult children and is active in several areas of service at Central Assembly of God in Springfield, Missouri.
